Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We provide both domestic delivery within Thailand and international export services. Our products are shipped to various destinations across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, depending on customer requirements and import regulations.

Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method.

  • Domestic orders (Thailand): 1–3 business days

  • International exports: 5–14 business days, depending on customs clearance, destination country, and logistics arrangements.

Minimum order quantities vary by product and destination. Export orders may require a minimum quantity (by weight, carton, or container). Please contact our sales team for detailed export requirements and quotations.

All products are carefully sorted, packed, and handled according to international export standards. Fresh and frozen products are transported using temperature-controlled packaging and cold-chain logistics to ensure freshness and quality upon arrival.

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways, including credit and debit cards. For bulk or export orders, alternative payment arrangements may be available upon request.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh and frozen products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
